Thank you for choosing to place an order with Star Mountain. Your support helps us continue our mission to deliver exceptional products and services.

Order Processing


Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. During busy periods, processing times may extend slightly. Once processed, orders are dispatched using the selected delivery method.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday. The order cut-off time is 2 PM UK time. We ship worldwide.

Delivery


Delivery options are presented during checkout. Star Mountain is not responsible for lost parcels or parcels without tracking. To ensure your parcel can be tracked and claims for lost items can be made, please select and pay for tracking and the appropriate insurance at checkout. We cannot track items if this option is not selected.

If a parcel is returned to us, we follow this standard procedure:

  • Wait for the parcel to be delivered back to us.

  • Notify the customer upon receipt.

  • Offer a refund or re-dispatch the items.

 

Claims with postal services require a standard 30-day wait period. We appreciate your patience during this time.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, typically taking 1-2 days from dispatch for UK mainland, 3-5 days for Europe, and 7-10 days for most worldwide destinations. Heavier parcels within the UK are sent via courier, generally arriving within 1-2 working days for most UK mainland postcodes and 5-7 days for British Islands, Europe, and 7-10 days for most worldwide destinations.
Please note: Parcels outside the UK mainland may be subject to local import checks, delivery schedules, and customs clearances, potentially extending delivery times.

Small items and packets require a signature upon delivery. If you request delivery to an unattended location, it is at your own risk. Star Mountain may not offer refunds or replacements for undelivered items in such circumstances.

99.9% of parcels are delivered on time. In rare cases where delivery is delayed, we may be asked to wait 4-8 weeks. Star Mountain is not responsible for packages once dispatched. If a parcel goes astray, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Returns


For any issues, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your item at: customerservice@starmountain.com.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used items.
Star Mountain is not responsible for products arriving damaged.


Incorrect orders or cancellations are subject to delivery and return costs, payable by the customer.
Agreed refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
